Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Pickster account or using the Pickster application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Use of the Service
Pickster provides a pick'em pool platform for entertainment purposes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the application. You will not use automated means to access the service without our permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (pool names, chat messages, profile information). By submitting content, you grant Pickster a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Pool Management
Pool creators ("Commissioners") are responsible for managing their pools. Pickster is not responsible for disputes between pool members. Pickster does not facilitate, manage, or guarantee any financial transactions between pool members related to entry fees or prizes.
Intellectual Property
The Pickster application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Pickster LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without our written consent.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support@pickster.app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pickster does not guarantee the accuracy of scores, standings, or other data displayed in the application.
Limitation of Liability
Pickster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
Pickster reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
