Pick'em

Pick every game. Most points wins.

The classic. Everyone picks every game on the slate, a point per correct call, and the standings move all weekend. Play it straight up or against the spread, with a tie-breaker on the last game of the week.

Survivor

One pick a week. Lose once and you are out.

Also called suicide or knockout. One team a week, and you can never reuse a team — so every pick spends something you cannot get back. Add mulligans and re-entries if your group prefers a softer landing.

Run it your way

Straight up or against the spread, with the push rule your group has always used. Turn the tie-breaker off if you settle ties another way. Set an entry fee and track payouts in the app instead of a spreadsheet.

Keep everyone honest

Picks lock at kickoff and nobody — not even you — can edit a pick once a game starts. Tie-breakers stay sealed until the last game of the week kicks off, so no one can read the field before bidding. Lock the whole pool by hand when you need to.

Nobody gets left behind

Decide what a missed week costs: a plain zero, or one point below the week’s lowest scorer so an absence never buries someone for good. Let players set an auto-fill style — favorites, underdogs, home or away — and their missing picks fill themselves right before kickoff.

Second chances, on your terms

In Survivor, hand out mulligans that forgive a loss outright, or re-entries a player has to request and you have to approve — so you can collect the buy-in before you bring anyone back. Or run it clean with neither.

Make it end

Survivor pools can run out of season before they run out of players. Start double-pick weeks at any point to burn through the board faster, and choose what happens if everyone goes out in the same week, or if several players make it to the end together.
